What made me:

Switch to Hermes... lack of KANBAN in OpenClaw.

Stick with OpenClaw for longer than I should... the 'losless-claw' memory plug-in on OC.

Honestly need a primer on how to find something 'similar' on Hermes (that's local).

My sticking point is recalling the latest decision without treating old drafts or assistant guesses as facts.
