No side to our polarized American government is actually looking out for the working class. Until the workers of America unite under our own party we’re slaves.
@beinlibertarian To do nothing at all is the gravest sin imaginable for today our country is in tatters. Betrayed by those we entrusted with our future generations. Our path set by mad people hellbent on destruction & profiteering. For it is the money changers in the temple who have deceived us.
59 years ago today, Israel attacked the USS Liberty in international waters. 34 crew members were killed and 174 were wounded by the IDF.
Today, I spoke on the House floor to honor the fallen and to recognize the survivors who were present in the gallery.
As governor, I will fight for the audit 72% of Massachusetts voted for.
If the legislature doesn't want to comply, I’ll veto the budget line item that funds their salaries.
It's simple: in the Shortsleeve administration, if you don't do your job, you don't get paid.
@FuentesUpdates The whole point is collective bargaining. It’s a mutually beneficial relationship between an owner & their workforce. When done right they are highly efficient. When done wrong they are a detriment to productivity. Strength in numbers & respect for all workers first & foremost.
@JesseBWatters John Fetterman is more the send your children to war for a foreign nation kind of Senator. He isn’t the serve your country in combat type of guy who may have made some mistakes in their lives. At any rate I’d take the guy more loyal to 🇺🇸 not 🇮🇱 or AIPAC.
@elonmusk@jaynitx His example is stupid. You can’t compromise on facts. You can however pay adequate wages, provide benefits & support American workers instead of exploiting immigrant labor & utilizing third party transport services to undercut wages for workers. That’s where compromise is needed.
@RealAlexJones@della27504 Isn’t it funny this new thing where American people aren’t allowed to voice their concerns about the safety of our country from threats both foreign and domestic.
At 80 years old, Ed Markey staying in Washington another 6 years (assuming he lives that long) - after already being in DC for FIFTY YEARS - is bad for MA’s heath.
@JohnEDeaton1 He’ll live I’m told they survive off of leeching all the fun & prosperity out of their respective communities. They do it through ever increasing taxes & budgets that aren’t allowed to be audited. We pay more & don’t know what for.
@MetalCoreNTacos@Johnsmithlnf5@CinemaShogun A good defense attorney would probably make note of the inclement weather conditions & say a shove on wet metal bleachers could be considered more dangerous than usual given the rain.
@TheKuhnerReport How bout a rally about the audit? Instead we get pissy about the 4th. If we can’t see where our money goes how exactly are we supposed to be proud of our country. What does that mean for our future generations when we are being directly told that we don’t deserve transparency?
@sethmoulton@EdMarkey All these front runner establishment candidates are avoiding debates. Even mocking debates? This State lost its balls a long time ago but between Markey & Minogue I’ve never seen such chicken 💩 before. These conventions are a load of garbage. Let the people decide who we want.
No more hiding in Maryland, @EdMarkey. No more lies. Your old status quo games won’t work in 2026.
The voters of this Commonwealth deserve a transparent debate on the future of our country, and I look forward to a debate in Western Massachusetts. I am ready to debate you every single week until the primary in September - if you can keep up.
I hope you’ll also join me for the @kelleratlarge debate on June 16. It’s an opportunity to directly debate Trump’s horrible and racist policies, and to stand up for Massachusetts values against the presumptive GOP nominee.
The people voted for a full audit. Not a partial audit. Not a politician-approved audit. A full audit.
Nothing has changed. The Legislature is still trying to avoid fulfilling the will of the voters. 72% of Massachusetts voters demanded transparency. Beacon Hill's response? More loopholes. More carveouts. More games.
If they have nothing to hide, why are they working so hard to keep auditors out?
90% of Republican primary voters want to see debates in the gubernatorial primary, and @HowieCarrShow has invited us to debate live on his show. So why is @MikeMinogueABMD hiding in his barn and refusing to debate?
@TheMaineWonk I firmly believe that if Trump can be elected president with his baggage then we really need to stop being transfixed by these politician’s personal lives from an electability standpoint. It makes them all targets of blackmail & extortion as well. The facade of a clean image.
@DDGSarah Our world is a beautiful place it’s self absorbed to think that other nations are not capable of having beautiful cities as well. Especially given that some of these cities are very old cities that have gone through many changes over time.
@TheMaineWonk I think it’s a sign of the times when entire campaigns are focused on personal attacks rather than people having access to healthcare & hospitals for them to be able to use. The people of Maine will see through this nonsense.
