@SamsungUK I have not been given any details of how to return and the additional issue is that I can't have a refund and repurchase as I used a 15% discount voucher you kindly sent for my birthday which will now not be able to be used again.

@SamsungUK Thanks but that is who I called yesterday and we're no help. They didn't take any details from me regarding the ticket number and said there was no exchange policy when clearly that's what it says.

They just said I have to take it to a Samsung shop even though an online order
