@D_DXXTER@egbokavictory_ Generally I don’t have such issues with others…. I don’t call more than twice and I also don’t assume they are avoiding except they are and which 9/10 times my intuition is right.
@D_DXXTER@egbokavictory_ I understand this, learning to be patient. I have ptsd from from a past relationship, prior to the end of that, I would call him for days non stop & he wouldn’t take my calls, I had to reach out to people around him only to find out he wasn’t taking my calls cus he was cheating
You never came from Jews..
You're never a lost sheep of Israel..
You're not a descendant of Abraham..
Your holy land is not Israel or Mecca
You're an African, and Africa is your holy land.
I think I had always wanted to know what was on the other side.
I grew up in a Christian home. Daddy is an Evangelist (Pastor), and Mum is a deeply devoted believer.
So growing up, everything was church, Jesus, prayer, Bible study… everything.
And honestly, at some point, it started to feel like a burden to me.
I wanted to know what life outside all of that looked like.
I wanted to experience the world for myself.
And eventually, I did.
I got to see the other side.
At first, it was fun.
It felt exciting. I thought, “So this is what I’ve been missing?”
But it didn’t take long before things started changing.
I lost my peace.
I started drifting further and further away from God.
And before I knew it, I was becoming someone I didn’t even like.
I had no joy.
No peace.
And definitely no hope.
The things I thought would make me happy were actually taking more from me than they gave me.
And then, somehow, I found my way back to Jesus.
Or maybe I should say, Jesus found me again.
And honestly, running back to Him became one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
Because now I know something I didn’t know then:
There was nothing on the other side that was worth losing Jesus for.
And I pray someday soon, you will find your way back to Jesus
