They spoke passionately about the value of mentorship, highlighting how interactions with experienced women in the energy sector have inspired, guided, and strengthened their confidence to pursue careers in fields traditionally seen as challenging.
The engagement provided a meaningful platform for knowledge exchange, where young learners were not only heard but empowered, reaffirming the critical role of mentorship in nurturing the next generation of women leaders in energy.
