Extremely pathetic and disappointing experience .
Once money was paid all promises crashed
Gave misleading info about the refund plan .
Most rude and unresponsive staff.
31 calls made by me in three days were unresponded
Regretting dealing with them
Best avoided..

Booked shipment at Gurgaon on 16 July 24 for mumbai.
Shipment lying in Bhandup at Mumbai since 18 July 24
In checking with Bhandup branch as to why shipment is with them for last two days their response is that no delivery boys for Powai
Unbelievable .

A shipment vide AWB no 1435421186811 was to be delivered to me five days back.
Every day I receive an sms that item shall be delivered today.
Yesterday was fifth such day when despite sms no one came.
Company makes false statements that they tried to deliver.

what about the first four days when you made no delivery

The sms came everyday for delivery which was never attempted.
False data entry done that I could not be contacted.
day before yesterday they sent a false sms that I have asked for open delivery !!
And after that no news.
