We’re aware of an outage affecting customers in the area. Engineers are on site; this is part of a wider MSO. Please don’t reset your equipment — service will resume once restored. Updates to follow.
Engineers have confirmed the fault and repair work is underway. As per our earlier update, this affects a major connection and will take time to resolve. We’ll provide a further update when available.

Connection in the NR14, NR15 & NR35 areas appears to be restored. We’re awaiting confirmation from Openreach on the cause. Thank you for your patience while this was resolved.
