@remilife123 These people seem to think that the internet is some sort of private space and if they just click the right buttons, nobody will be able to see or hear the stupid shit they say. It's hilarious to me that whilst they're busy ripping each other apart, we're all united by TRUTH.
@MattSunRoyal LOLwut? We live in an age of instaneous digital communication and the duo couldn't manage to let their UK based legal team know to file an objection in a timely manner? How exactly did covid impede sending a text or making a phone call?? I believe 0% of this.
@NEAToday "Birthing parent" is not the inclusive term your organization seems to believe it is. I was adopted as an infant. My mother didn't birth me, but she's still my mother. Please stop with this. It's unnecessary and it actually excludes non-traditional families.
@ritaag @AnneLeb123 @cbouzy@Angenette5 Please direct me to where any of the channels that covered Depp/Heard have said that AH's kid isn't real or is a doll. I've never heard that from anyone. As for saying she wasn't pregnant... AH has been very open about using a surrogate, so yeah. She wasn't. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@aysargaye @xxiAmJaei@missvxolence GQ magazine has since corrected that article, stating that they inaccurately attributed the quote in question to Depp and that they apologise.
@Love4lifechange@Jclau77@realamberheard Lastly, I would point out that considering the UK trial was Depp vs. The Sun and not Depp vs Heard, no court in the US would take its verdict and forego a trial here. Different countries, different rules of evidence, different defendant, different legal landscape.
@Love4lifechange@Jclau77@realamberheard AH wasn't a party to the UK case. She was a witness. This means she wasn't subject to turning over evidence during discovery, or to being cross-examined on any of her claims. She didn't go through the adversarial process to challenge the veracity of her claims. That was the issue
@Love4lifechange@Jclau77@realamberheard Also, a US judge didn't make the decision here. A jury did... so I'm unsure what your feelings about US judges have to do with anything. You're actually making a stronger argument against the UK verdict, which *was* decided by a judge.
@process_better@D28295905@Umbreonbest @JimF22003 @JohnHinckley20 Idk about revere, but maybe it's good to respect the dignity of the office enough to not try to kill whoever is occupying it. I can certainly promise to never do that. Lol.
@Geoff_Weiss@RekietaLaw I think that's great. They're obviously providing some sort of product or service that people find valuable. More power to them. ๐ฅณ
This is the exact thing that was testified to in court...by Johnny Depp, Dr. Curry, etc. Amber Heard is never wrong, blames everyone else, insults everyone's intelligence, along with the legal process. Always a victim! She takes ZERO responsibility for any of her abusive actions.
@Chocolate_Notre @ScottRen14 @JamieSartin2 @loveroffictions @ThePinkBook101@lohansredbull@TODAYshow@SavannahGuthrie Against The Sun. There are legal differences betw. suing a publisher and suing an individual. All The Sun had to prove was that they reasonably believed AHs claims to be true AT THE TIME OF PUBLISHING. It doesn't mean they ARE true, just that the Sun didn't publish in malice.
@Chocolate_Notre@JamieSartin2 @loveroffictions @ThePinkBook101@lohansredbull@TODAYshow@SavannahGuthrie In the UK trial, there was one jude. Not 3. AH was a witness, not a party to the suit, meaning that she wasn't subject to turning over any evidence, nor was she allowed to be cross-examined on any of her claims. Completely different legal landscape and rules. Not comparable.
@loveroffictions @ThePinkBook101@JamieSartin2@lohansredbull@TODAYshow@SavannahGuthrie No, she won on the count that said that she and her friends purposely trashed a penthouse and then called the police back for a 2nd time to frame Johnny for it. She LOST on the two statements regarding her abuse allegations being a hoax. Please pay attention.
