@SavoredSins "Important, perhaps... Intriguing, perhaps not." Edan hadn't met anyone that ran in the same circles as him for quite some time. "And I'm fine to order, if you are..."
@SavoredSins “That's convenient...” Glancing down at the information on the paper. “No worries on working with a shite bank.” Edan picked up the menu to peruse. “Their manager is flying in to meet with me next week... I'm sure we kin find you a nice plot of land, the plant yer flag, by then.”
@SavoredSins "Either works fer me..." He sat down and poured himself a cup of coffee. "This is all about your comfort, nay mine... I'm simply here to offer my services and hope you're satisfied when things are through."
@SavoredSins ~ let you peruse the menu." And with that said, the hostess vanish with a somewhat bounce step in his step.
"Edan Murdoch..." He stated plainly and held out a hand. "Always a pleasure meeting a new client."
@SavoredSins ~ for his regular take, off before a sound is uttered. "She requested a patio table... Right this way please."
Edan simply rolled his eyes and followed along, ignoring the looks he received from almost every patron in the place. "Here you are sir, the coffee is fresh. I'll ~
@SavoredSins ~ left the room with a hand out on the way toward the front door. A timid male slipped a thick file into his hand just before Edan left the building headed toward the restaurant. "This better nay be a waste of my time."
@SavoredSins "Get me all the listings for large acreage sales." There was no one in particular that Edan was talking to, but he knew someone in the office would do as he asked.
He grabbed the suit jacket hanging on the back of his chair and his bag, slinging it over his shoulder as he ~
@SavoredSins "Nice... There's a cheeky little restaurant 'bout four blocks down from the mechanic." Scratching his beard for a moment. "I'll meet you there at noon."
@SavoredSins "Correct..." There was no denying his background, as Edan's accent poured out like syrup. "Ye left a message, stating tha' ye wanted to buy land in the area. If you'd like, you can stop by my office any time today, and we can go over a few listings."
@SavoredSins Edan replayed the message twice. Rather surprised that anyone, besides him, coming into this area and using the phrase 'money's no issue.' "We'll see, lass..."
He dialed the number provided, leaned back in his chair, and waited for someone to pick up.
@Little_Fighter “Age has a different impact on the two of us, dove... It will never trouble a single hair on your head.” That was a view which never bothered Edan, he was happy to be growing old.
@ElegantAlexC ~ care with secrecy, to something with the potential of being out in the open. People in that frame of mind, get careless. They kill or just watch death for the rush, which doesn't last long in it's original form.”
@ElegantAlexC “I haven't heard of death matches being a thing fer over 20 years. It was just atrocious paying for cleaners the deal with the mess.” Edan figured there was more to the entire situation, there always was. “Why would yer father simply agree? It seems foolish to go from so much ~
@VoidKissed_ ~ belief being that at least the evening might be entertaining. “My home isn't that far, you can get a warm meal and call for a ride. Or stay the night and I'll take ye into town tomorrow.”
@VoidKissed_ “A nomad... Not exactly the first I've met.” This stranger's reply felt odd all around, yet it wasn't enough to tell the Scot to roll up his window and move on. “If ye don't have a destination, then I'm expecting any one will do... Yes?” Edan unlocked the door and waited, his ~
@ElegantAlexC “Scared... No.” The thought actually made the Scot laugh. “I know what prison is like and it's survivable, my plan is nae te return if I can avoid it.” He stated, leaning forward on the desk. “Can you say the same? Though I am interested in this information.”
@Little_Fighter “Ye know that I'm a fucking old man, right?” He didn't run after her, he simply picked up the pillow and walked after Shy like a determined predator.
@VoidKissed_ ~ that the latter was the case. He stopped the Bentley just before passing this unexpected guest, and rolled the window down. “I'm going te guess that yer lost?”
@VoidKissed_ It wasn't a common occurrence to find anyone on this road, except for two conditions. One, the person was invited to the estate... Or two, the person was new to the area and through some chance, became lost and simply happened upon the road. As Edan got closer, it was decided ~
