@EAHelp how long will sims3 be down? A lot of us don't like Sims 4 and the lack of color/design/pattern options.

@TheSimsDirect @EAHelp @TheSims Sims 3 is down and not working and all EA is telling us is that they are working on it. Do you know of any ETA of when this will be fixed? If it isn't going to be fixed I want a refund of all the expansion packs I have. I can't down load them.

@TheSims Sims3 downloads for the expansions packs are not working, and have been down for a few days. Will this be fixed? I have invested a lot of money into this game and enjoy it way more than sims4. Do you know when this will be working? Or will you be providing refunds?
