Last night marked another break-in at Wicken Cricket Club—our second in just two months. No equipment was stolen, but the damage underscores a troubling trend. The escalating malicious acts challenge our every move. We need your support more than ever. @NorthantsPolice

Having first hand knowledge into how much work goes into running and funding a cricket club, it is disappointing to see such vandalism!

A quick word about today. We turned up to play @finmere today with just 9 players, lost the toss and fielded. Finmere CC scored 219 off 40 overs. The Wicken 9 scored 221/6 in reply, the winning runs scored with 4 balls left - what an effort! #villagecricket #teamspirit #wicken9

@WoodfordHalseCC won the game by three wickets. Batting first we hit 163, which always looked a little short of par. They were knocked off for 7 wickets despite being 18/4 at one stage. A good game, enjoyed by both teams, good luck for the rest of the season @WoodfordHalseCC

Today @TowsCricket batted first and scored 186, 2 wickets each for Siva, Jimmy and Deep. Callum 8 overs for just 9 runs. Batting second Bas hit 58, Jimmy 41no, and Deep 24no saw us hit 187 in 35.4 overs. Good performances all round.

Good win today against @ByfieldCC 2nd XI. Batting first we got 165-5, a tremendous 99no from the skipper and a partnership with his dad of 142 got us a decent score on a good pitch. In response Byfield scored 81ao, Siva taking 4/11, callum 2/25. @SilverstoneCC 2's away next week!

Proper game of cricket today against @TowsCricket. Tows batted first and made 192, Wicken were all out for 134 in reply. Excellent spirit shown by both teams, lots of smiles in the middle. @ByfieldCC at home next week!
