@AskPlayStation I don’t get an error code but this instead, I’ve never deactivated a console before though.

@AskPlayStation hi, I’ve recently brought a ps5 and while I love it I am having an issue. I can’t enable console share and offline play, it tells me I need to disable it on my other ps5 however I don’t have another one. Going to device management won’t help me either. Thank you
