@itsyoboinarza @kevinmyoung The prophets describe the Kingdom of God as an era when nations no longer make war and the lion lies down with the lamb. Jesus proclaims the Kingdom has arrived. As a sign this is so, he is the first fruit of the Resurrection.

There is no just war. When war comes, we lament.

Any child can indulge violent fantasies. Jesus calls his people to holiness.
