@MoneySavingExp They sent someone round to survey my house. Upgraded my EPC from D to C but then refused to tell me why hiding behind GDPR. My advice for people applying, remove any upgrades you’ve done such as TRV, smart thermostats etc.
how the epc is rated is such a con.

@MoneySavingExp I would not recommend Octopus. I have an Eco7 meter and asked them to swap it and it took them 6 weeks to come back and say they couldn’t and offer me a shit fix instead.

Just reading @MoneySavingExp on energy bill DDs. New to the property and @eon_next estimate my annual bill to be £1100 for electricity but set my DD to £172 just about twice the annual cost.

@GossiTheDog Yup, that’s my I’m glad I no longer work in the MSP space and in my new position I want a few of those tools (that fit) but don’t want to engage with an MSP for the reasons above. It’s sales over service.
