There was one moment where, as I beat the boss at the last mission of one of the more recent campaigns (Lightfall? I don’t even remember), the final cutscene got *interrupted* by this in-game announce slider. It was at that moment that my detachment was complete.

It’s a symbol of everything wrong with Destiny 2 wrapped into one poignant screenshot.
