@_melaniemay My grandmother used to make blancmange with Carrigeen moss or bread + butter pudding - visiting my other grandmother it was always crumble (rhubarb, apple or blackberry). My own mother learned to make Creme caramel for her leaving cert home economics exam in the 50s.
