i really like how, in Tony's sedative-addled brain as he fights to hold onto life, he envisions himself battling all his rogues and death itself as Iron Man. i've said selflessness to be the core of his character before, but very close by to it is a fierce determination to live.

i really like the visual of March literally being drawn as Iron Man, this is also the first time we've seen someone specially noted as being inspired by Iron Man. very cool!

@Ch1llPsych0p4th It's such an important part of the character that resonates with me the most (other than the childhood abuse 😹). Although, it's a little embarrassing to admit, I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for me starting out reading comics with Iron Man (extremis, DoS, and fraction).

@Ch1llPsych0p4th Tony is the only character in fiction that I think should never be killed off permanently. Because ultimately what he represents is: Resilience.
He's always either on the verge of death, or lost his ways, or actually dead in some cases, but he always comes back as a survivor.
