@esaagar If the schools push 1 device per child, parents have no ability to push an analog childhood. As a parent, I see a big difference in the intellectual achievement of kids with limited screens versus lots of screens.

@esaagar It's not just the phones. It is the school devices that I have no control over. iPads, Chromebooks, Laptops. I hate hate hate them. I had to battle the preschoos (high end) where teachers would show kids videos (wtf). We also did no tv/movies until age 5 (end of naps)

@RepThomasMassie @RepMGP This would have saved the farm my family had farmed since before the Revolutionary War. It is now an industrial park :( But no one could afford to pay taxes or restore the house (thanks historical society) since it was zoned industrial. I keep a jar of the dirt.

@matthewstoller I used 3 different AI to compile a list of IPs out of a JSON file (basic parsing) based on a single attribute in each object. They all had different lists, and they were all incomplete. What a waste of time. It was more effective to read and copy paste myself. It was 108 IPs

@calleymeans Locavore chefs in each state ... I think the current largest impediments are the Corporate COnsolidation. The sodexo provides disgusting, unhealthy slop to our local schools. My kid is happy to eat meat, salad, and tea for lunch, but would rather starve than eat school lunch.
