Are you someone who offers NSFW comms (or know someone who does)? Want to add an extra safety step?

I only take requests from 18+ adults, but for NSFW comms, I require age verification. My requirements:

✍🏻 A handwritten note with their username + the date.
🪪 A valid form of ID with their date of birth clearly visible.
📷 Their ID and note must be in the same photo, not separate images stitched together.

I created this simple graphic to provide a visual example, and you're free to use it if you want. Or you can use the template below to add in additional requirements. I personally also have them write "For Kimari commissions" on the note.
