Follow the progress of the blue tits nesting in my garden in 2020 near the New Forest in Hampshire

[Sharron Davies HoL MBE @sharrond62]

Wouldn’t it be just dandy if all those men that enjoyed Epstein’s ‘hospitality’ got found out. So far one man is pretty much taking all the flack (deserved flack of course) but very obviously not the only one. Just how are so many powerful or well known men avoiding being named?

@antmiddleton @D_Tarczynski Good to see you remembering your Polish ancestors. Many lives lost. Lest we forget.

It's been a while. A long while. No bluetits nesting in the box this year, BUT, a bumble bee has moved it and I'm capturing every little wing flap it makes! #newforest #bumblebee #bumblebees #bluetit #nestbox #garden #nature #bees #nesting @Natures_Voice

Every year is always exciting and amazing. Today I had some hatch. This is from just a few minutes ago, both male and female feeding the #chicks. #bluetit #garden #nestbox #newforest #spring #nesting

They took their time - 3 years to be exact - but they've come back. Currently doing a wash + brush up of the nest box, so let's see where we go in the coming weeks. #bluetits #nestbox #wildlife #newforest #urbangarden #wildlifesouthcoast

@BBCSpringwatch Catastrophe in my bluetit nest today. Yesterday all healthy, today all dead. Checking camera it seems female left next at 12.40am + returned at 4.50am. Younger chicks trampled by older ones + died, all remaining died of cold! Brutal.

Female #bluetit on guard at the entrance to the box, and what is happening behind her in the #nest. #garden #nesting #chicks #newforest #HAMPSHIRE @HantsIWWildlife @BirdAwareSolent

Early this morning I thought it was only going to be the 2 chicks. 15 mins later I see this beauty emerging. Look at egg top left hatching as the other chicks are being fed. Amazing! #bluetits, #garden, #hatching, #newforest #nest #wildlife #incrediblelife

Slow progress here on the #southcoast #newforest. #bluetits #nesting #garden #eggs . It’s been e really cold spring

[WildlifeSouthCoast @WildLifeSouthCo]

Our first egg in the #bluetit #nest this year. #garden #birds #newforest #wildlife #spring

[WildlifeSouthCoast @WildLifeSouthCo]

Amazing what a bit of #sunshine can do. The recent heavy rains put nest building on hold - but not today! #bluetit #birdbox #nesting #wildlife #gardenlife #suburbanlife #newforest

It’s taken 2 years after the installation of this new nest box, but today I made this chance capture. #bluetits are nesting! #gardenlife #newforest #excitingtimes #birds #neverboring

[WildlifeSouthCoast @WildLifeSouthCo]

And I’m back! The last couple of years I haven’t had any bluetits, but all this winter I’ve had this little beaut staying over. I’m hopeful they’ll nest in this box in the spring. I’ll keep you posted! #newforest #bluetits #garden #wildlife

A quick update on the #bluetits. All 8 growing big and strong, adults are working hard to feed them. @LymoTweetUp @BirdAwareSolent @ChrisGPackham @newforestranger @LepeCountryPark #newforest #Hampshire @HantsIWWildlife @Natures_Voice

[WildlifeSouthCoast @WildLifeSouthCo]

Today’s update. 8 chicks constantly being fed by male and female bluetits. They’re developing quickly, specially the hair!

[WildlifeSouthCoast @WildLifeSouthCo]

I know it’s not really hair, but their punk heads do look rather sid vicious!
