156 years ago the Union and Confederate Armies clashed in the Wilderness of Spotsylvania. Over the next 3 days more than 1200 Vermonters lives were lost in some of the toughest fighting of the war. We commemorate these soldiers with ever hop we grow. 1st Vermont
