Good news, @easternbank! The fifth call center I reached got me in. So, it looks like I won't need to make a trip to the local branch to close my account, at least not yet. Now, if I could get someone to tell me how to re-setup my external transfers, I will be that much better.

As a HarborOne customer for many years, the terrible planning and/or execution migrating our accounts by @easternbank is unforgivable. It has been three days since I was migrated and I still cannot access my account. I have just been routed to my fifth support team.

@easternbank while I empathize with the difficulty you are facing trying to run your business after an historic snowstorm, it does not absolve you from the poor planning you did planning and executing the migration of your HarborOne customers.
