Visit the park this week to try to catch him in a sunbathing pose. Wildlife Prairie Park is open 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9am-6:30pm Saturday-Sunday.

Fred, the badger, has his own version of spring cleaning.

#Badgers do not have a problem digging burrows! They can dig very rapidly and powerfully. They dig many burrows in search of food, especially ground squirrels or woodchucks. Once dug, they are used as temporary shelters.
