@vivisected @JackDan110 Oh I had no idea. Thanks for that. For clarity, did the tenants pay their BC Assessment property tax to the Nation for the last 50 years? It sounds like the tenants knew the situation then so I’m surprised of all of the fuss.

The Provincial Act is the only legislation that is currently stopping mass MH park closures. Time will tell.

@gavindew Clearly the BCNDP is trying hard to hide their own impact from the DRIPA legislation they imposed on the provincial property owners. I think this opens up the issue of disclosure requirements. Savvy investor’s will absolutely not invest in BC.
