We hiked to Crystal Cave of Garner State Park in the rain...with a kid in a carrier. We were very thankful for the refuge and beauty the cave provided.

Garner State Park was a complete surprise. We honestly chose it because it was the only park in the area with weekend availability, but we were dazzled by the Frio River and its clear, swimmable water.
