DHS just announced 1,226 illegal immigrant arrests in Georgia… then immediately added “and 720 of them were criminals.”

That’s not strength.

That’s asking for permission.

When the last administration flooded the border, they never said “sorry, only half were criminals.”

They didn’t qualify. They just did it.

Strong systems don’t justify enforcement.

Weak systems do.

The correct message is simple:

“We arrested 1,226 people who were here illegally. Next.”

JD Vance just diagnosed the exact disease correctly.

Young people are sliding into socialism because the middle class got liquidated. Forty years of bipartisan geniuses shipped the industrial base overseas and imported low-wage labor to undercut American workers. When you destroy the foundation people stand on, they start looking for free stuff and strongmen. That’s not mysterious. That’s cause and effect. Proven throughout history time and again, folks!

Vance is right that the cure is Trump’s economic nationalism, not another round of the same failed medicine.

But he left out the missing ingredient that actually makes the medicine work. MASS DEPORTATIONS!

You cannot rebuild a middle class while the labor market is still being flooded. You cannot raise wages, restore housing affordability, or rebuild social trust while the demographic and wage pressure continues. The industrial policy only sticks if the labor supply is tightened at the same time. One without the other is half a plan.

So why did Vance stop short of saying the obvious?

Maybe he doesn’t want to be president.

Presidents who want the job eventually say the hard thing out loud. They accept the temporary media cost because they understand the alternative is permanent decline. Leaving the key ingredient unsaid is the behavior of someone protecting optionality, not someone preparing to own the outcome.

Charlie Kirk kept saying this for years. The data kept confirming it. Now Vance is circling the same truth but still won’t land the plane.

Half measures produce half results. And half results are how you end up with more socialism, not less.
