Just talked to a young woman as I pulled over at exit 105 in Morganton, NC yesterday who said an illegal alien was molesting her 3 year old. I asked her if she had called the tip line, and she said multiple times to no avail. She asked if I PERSONALLY could help her ( she recognized me almost the second I stepped out of the vehicle). I instructed her to call the US Border Patrol and report it and get a confirmation number. All this to say the ICE tip line continues to be a fallacy.
