Growing my X account from zero! Started 19th January 2026.

🚨 Early stage feels less like growth and more like quiet repetition.

Nobody really talks about that part.

[Will @Will492416]

A quiet thought: maybe growth is less about acceleration and more about direction.

[Will @Will492416]

Do you find more clarity from long focused sessions or short consistent ones?

[Will @Will492416]

@A_Vautrelle Yeah but sometimes u just gotta loxk in hahaa lol

[Will @Will492416]

Some days I log off X feeling inspired.

Other days I log off feeling behind.

Still figuring out that balance.

Day 32 of growing from zero.

Have taken a step back from X. But back to it now!

Who else is growing?

I’m realising that calm thinking beats fast thinking more often than I expected.

What’s one small routine that quietly improved your focus over time?

🔥 Slightly controversial thought:

Chasing productivity hacks can become a distraction from actual work.

[Will @Will492416]

There’s something very grounding about doing one small task fully instead of ten halfway.

If you could remove one habit that slows your progress, what would it be?

[Will @Will492416]

Lately I’ve been questioning whether “busy” is just another form of avoidance.

🚀 Early builder observation:

The hardest part isn’t starting.

It’s continuing when nothing seems to change.

[Will @Will492416]

I used to think growth would feel obvious.

Instead it feels like tiny shifts that only make sense in hindsight.

What helps you reset when your brain feels cluttered:
walking,
writing,
or just doing something simple?

[Will @Will492416]

🧠 Small stoic reminder to myself:

You control effort, not timing.

[Will @Will492416]

Some days the work flows.

Some days it feels heavy for no clear reason.

I’m learning not to overreact to either.

[Will @Will492416]

Do you write to think more clearly, or do you think first and then write?

[Will @Will492416]

I’ve noticed my best decisions happen when I stop trying to optimise everything at once.

🔥 Hot take:

Most people don’t need more ideas.

They need fewer tabs open.
