Internet due to install tomorrow for my WFH wife and I'm told its delayed till 24th, spoken with 7 different agents, via phone, chat and the text service and have been hung up on twice, offered no resolution or explanation. Dreadful Virgin Media!!! @virginmedia @VirginMediaNews

@virginmedia Least I would have expected was a dongle to cover us having no service especially when you had 2 weeks notice and I was even asked if I wanted installing on 31st to which i responded saying no 8th is okay as long as its done then, and then pushed to 11th and now 16th.

@virginmedia The workers that came on the 8th, told me in person that they could finish today but were unable to as they have had a call saying activation is 23rd so they left and will come back as soon as someone informs them and can install that day. So clearly miscommunication not a block

@virginmedia I have even gone out and bought my own dongle for another 40 quid but its not been great signal as from another provider :( so I am now out of pocket, sick of being pushed back, but need internet and need a solution please! I really want to stay but its getting really hard to.

@virginmedia I have been in touch, and have had promise after promise not been met, no dongle provided, and being cut off numerous times. This has really upset me and I have now spent about 24 hours contacting your teams ans everytime I leave extremely distressed with no outcome :(
