@sian_i_ams@cinchuk Trying to use my cinchCARE aftercare product on a fuel issue ( fuel pump disintegrating and sending metal shavings around the fuel system) the company they offload to RAMP are awful and look to elongate all investigations and pass the diagnostic costs to ' us' the customer. ?????
@mblair35@cinchuk Matthew I feel your pain , tried to use cinchCARE I bought on a car for my kids ..... bureaucracy at its best as they try and get out of paying for the repair under this so called ' PEACE OF MIND' extended warranty
@cinchuk@OfficialPDC Can i just say Cinch must be spending a substantial amount of cash on advertising and marketing and getting the money back via their after sales product cinchCARE whereby they take your money fee but the minute you try to use it you are met with a wall of bureaucracy. Be careful!
@cinchuk Using my linkedIn connections have just messaged a raft of senior executives in Cinch to understand the cinchCare product and how they can justify its inner workings and how they deal with claims and customers
@cinchuk car in question for our kids 17 plate auto Corsa, bought with 9k miles , currently 17k after 2 years , fuel pump has packed in and sent metal shavings through the fuel system, nothing that could be influenced by the driver Cinch/RAMP claim not covered under their policy?
@cinchuk Even with all your advertising and publicity - POOR POOR service and most certainly not customer - centric at all , but easy money and little by way of support
@cinchuk bear in mind this is under the CINCH then the very company that sells it , distances itself from it even when you write to their customer service team. Buy with caution as it could be viewed as wasted spend
@cinchuk in line with previous tweet . RAMP process is to put the customer under pressure to spend more and more diagnostic money and the minute the information they want doesn't materialise, they reject the claim. Its a Con
@cinchuk - Hi can i just highlight an issue with cinchCare. This is offloaded to RAMP and you as the customer you need to pay for diagnostics for a fault, RAMP keep asking for more detail , ramping up the costs & then reject your claim based on lack of information. come on cinch!
@LebaraMobileUK@lebara - these guys have totally messed up the porting of my number and i have now effectively lost a number i have had for 20 years as i cant receive calls or send regular text messages. Cheap YES , good NO
@LebaraMobileUK and every time you contact the customer service team its like 'groundhog day' and you have to go over the same thing every time, they obviously don't retain / maintain call notes..... honestly steer clear, they are cheap for a reason
@LebaraMobileUK Do not trust these guys - i ported over my number from Sky and they have totally messed it up - 4 weeks in i have a phone that cannot receive calls or make texts
@belkincares Disappointing that lifetime guarantee doesn't actually mean that ..............all in the small print huh!...beware what you buy ....... when lifetime guarantee doesn't actually mean that ...what it means is lifetime guarantee with a huge amount of disclaimers
@belkin - you sell products with lifetime guarantees then make it almost impossible to raise a claim against the guaranteed product.........can you get it sorted guys!
