Dougie is someone whose opinion I value highly but I don’t agree with this all. Rob Sanchez hasn’t made any ‘fairly regular’ mistakes this season.
A split second wrong decision against Man United & that game vs Arsenal are the only two. Not a chance he’s getting any blame for the Leeds goal.
He’s kept us in games (did so in that Arsenal game on Wed with big save at 3-1) with some huge saves at some vital times. He’s been very good this season.
Let me get this straight. Raheem Stirling gets to hang out with his kids all day, take them to school, chill out at home, maybe get a cheeky massage in and then go to Cobham at 8pm to train alone 5 days a week, and still get paid £300k a week. Yet we are meant to feel sorry for him after HE decided he didn’t want to leave London.
This is NOT the real world. It takes some people 10 years to earn what he does in a week and the PFA are trying to step in.
Clubs came in for both him and Disasi, they knew at the start of the summer that Chelsea wanted them both sold.
Player welfare my arse. Name me one person who wouldn’t swap their job to earn 300k a week to do sweet FA.
I am sure they are both perfectly good people but there is so much going on in the world that is truly horrific and we are meant to feel sorry for these two.
It’s the clubs fault for buying them in the first place but even so, I have limited sympathy for these two players I am afraid.
Im just numb to seeing people die online
The entire world watched a Ukrainian girl get murdered
Everyday someone is getting murdered live streamed. We see Russians merked by drones
Just numb to tragedy in 2025
Welcome to the internet
The erosion of humanity one reel at a time
I love this country. I love London with everything I’ve got. It’s the greatest city on Earth or at least, it used to be. And I’ll tell you this now: anyone who says London is safer today than it was ten, fifteen years ago is lying through their teeth.
I’ve worked these streets my whole life. Grafted on market stalls since I was a kid. Rain or shine, cold mornings, long days
I’ve done it all over London and the surrounding counties. It’s in my blood. I don’t know anything else and I don’t want anything else. I love the graft, the energy, the people. I love giving someone a proper deal and seeing them walk off with a smile.
But it ain’t safe out there anymore. The streets have changed. And not for the better.
Honestly only just Fifteen years ago, you had better community. You had characters. People would stop, have a chat, laugh with you. You had respect. Now? It’s a lot colder. It’s more hostile. It’s tense. You get people arguing, stealing, mugging. I’ve had more fights in the past few years than I ever did when I started. And for what? Just trying to earn a living.
And it breaks my heart to say this but London don’t feel like London no more. The police ain’t on the beat. The people are scared. And it’s the older generation I worry about most. Their joy was getting out to the market, having a cup of tea in the café, seeing familiar faces. Now they’re prisoners in their own homes and they are too frightened to walk down their own street. That’s not the London I grew up in. That’s not the London I love.
London has fallen. But I’m not giving up on it.
I still believe in this gaff. I still believe in its people. And I believe it can rise again. But we need change. Real change. We need safety. We need pride. We need leadership that understands the streets, the markets, the working class. People like me.
Because I’m not here to moan. I’m here to fight for what’s right. And I will never stop fighting for this gaff, for London. because it’s my we’re my family are from, it’s the absolute governor of a place, and it deserves better. It needs a bit of love.
Who’s joining me?
Bosh❤️🇬🇧
I’m not a Conor McGregor fan, but I can’t understand why if you’ve been raped, you do a dance in the car park, text your boyfriend saying you’re all good, then continue to drink and take more drugs and sleep with his friend. Have I missed something here? #NikitaHand
Man. This is hard to see… Only those who have gone through injuries will ever understand what Reece James is going through right now. No one will ever get the feeling of not being able to be on the pitch. Reece James has just suffered his 20th injury since 2019.
The loneliness. The pain you go through physically & mentally. Just 24 years old, became captain of his boyhood club last season… The same club he’s been at since the age of six. 18 years since he first came through those doors at Cobham.
More than ever, he’ll need people behind him, showing him support. He’s just a human like us, and goes through stuff everyday. Being in the gym, whilst others are on pitch is the hardest thing for a player to watch.
One of the best in the world when playing… Everyone just wants to see him get a proper run of games again. No doubt he will be back. His mentality is crazy. This guy works harder then anyone else. We are all with you bro. ❤️
