We have played them 18 times since. They are unbeaten in 17 of those games. Concerningly, they are arguably one of the weakest sides in the league this year. What does that make us?

@toon_blue We were abject all over the park. Completely outfought. Its painful to admit, but Elgin were so much better today. It's a real worry for us at this stage of the season.

However, it's still in our hands! Next weekend is now huge, if it wasn't already.

@toon_blue We were absolutely hopeless in the 2nd half. Forfar were much more aggressive and pressed us higher up the pitch. We had no response to it. We had no plan B and looked desperate at times.

Based on the 2nd half, it's a point gained.

@toon_blue We need to be making changes sooner. We lose a goal at 59 and bring on strikers at 83 minutes? Maybe there is thought of not disrupting the flow of the team, but sometimes you just have to roll the dice.

@toon_blue What a run of form for Shanks! He took that second goal really well. Didn't panic and made sure.

I also thought the subs really gave us a lift toward the end. I hope we see a lot more of them, but it's a competitive squad now! 9 points from a 3 game week is a big plus.

@toon_blue I'm glad we're through, but I thought we were dreadful at times today. Gave the ball away far too often and poor decision making. Just very sloppy..

We will need to improve if we are going to compete in the next round or have any chance of promotion in the league!

@toon_blue We were horrible today. Slack passing, poor decisions and really struggled to break them down. I think we seemed to struggle with the surface, but that's a weird one as the players must be used to these pitches by now..
