Gutted. The day we've all been dreading. What he's done here, the memories he's given us, the position he's left us in...I will be forever grateful! Thank you KMc! #itfc
π° Kieran McKenna will step down as Ipswich Town Manager after five seasons at the club.
Kieran has made the decision to step away from football management and dedicate time to his family, having been at the forefront of one of the most successful eras in the clubβs history.
@j0354nty@TheCruncher76 Literally only conceded 3 goals in the last 10 mins all season. Only 2nd injury time goal, and the other was a consolation by pompey.
This is absolutely perfect in every way! The wink, the badge tap, the canary killer himself....perfection! Absolutely buzzing π¨π±π₯Άππ #itfc
Ipswich Town can confirm that Sam Morsy has left the club.
Sam, who won two promotions with the Blues as captain, will join @kuwaitclub.
We wish him the very best of luck for the future. π
I was informed that the team will be seeking a trade immediately and will be working with me and my family to find the right place to continue competing for championships. I donβt agree with the decision and always believed it was going to begin and end in LA.
Still, if thereβs one thing that I have learned over the years: there are so many things that are out of your control, but it is how you respond to these things that you will look back on and remember.
I have taken so much pride in playing alongside my teammates for the LA community, so thank you for embracing my family and making this such a special place for us.
2024 began with one of the best training camps of my career. Preparations start now for 2025. Highly motivated, as healthy as ever, and looking forward to playing elite football for years to come. Love you guys..
But coming for it all.
@alexnljones@Benno1uk Clarke has already played for Sunderland this season. So, correct me if I'm wrong, but he can't play for 3 teams in one season. So unless a move back to Sunderland happens he isn't going anywhere regardless of how many attackers we bring in
He turned us from a laughing stock into legit contenders. Probably taken us as far as he could, and a fresh face is needed. But thanks for everything, Gareth! Given me some of the best memories as an England fan π¦π¦π¦
@moneill31@CliveTyldesley@itvfootball@GlobalPlayer In all seriousness, who on earth @ITV decided to not only release the best commentator out there, but to replace him with Sam fucking Matterface?! Tyldesley & McCoist are a country mile ahead of anyone else on any station. Ludicrous decision. I'll be watching final on @BBCSport
