@FirstSouthYorks just had a bus that had lots of seating drive straight past me 😌 looks like the app has ghost buses and your driver's see ghost passengers
@FirstSouthYorks not even taking the time to acknowledge a message, or the dm that I sent, leaving people in the dark about the status of buses is so unacceptable
