@MikeRithgen666 @Rahll No matter what usage there is on average (which is going up) there will always be spikes that greatly exceed that average (hot day in the summer with kids and families at home). If they optimize for those peaks, that increases costs for the other 99% of days.

We see it literally in this clip, where when met with a logical counterpoint, he responds ‘well i still think its wrong’
