4/4 Full quote @PGE4Me NB Fire Cases "The Trust and PG&E have determined that, in light of the settlement of pending litigation, they will no longer store or preserve the subject evidence. Such evidence may be destroyed or discarded without further notice as soon as 3/31/2026."
1/4 @PGE4Me FVT disclosed settlement today in response to my discovery motion..."The Trust & PG&E... will no longer store or preserve the subject evidence. Such evidence may be destroyed or discarded without further notice as soon as March 31, 2026.”

3/4 As a survivor of the PG&E Tubbs Fire I have strong feelings about this notice and the injustices that stem from this @PGE4Me and "independent" FVT settlement and other related matters. As a pro se litigant, I will not express those views here.
5/5 The injustices are clear cut but will the Court support my objection and give victims access to the class? It will expose PG&E to considerably more liability. Will the courts again prioritize PG&E investors over the people whose lives were upended by utility caused wildfires?
1/5 Objection filed yesterday as injustices are abound for PG&E Fire Victims. Investors bought $PCG stock & now form a class action alleging PG&E fraud & securities violations. Victims excluded from the class action but forced to hold stock as part of the bankruptcy. Outrageous.
4/5 As stated in my objection, I hope the victims of the LA Fires don’t inherit these injustices still undermining our recovery. However, given the precedence set in the PG&E bankruptcy I fear new utility-caused wildfire survivors will be exposed to the same injustices.
7/7) We must all join together under common cause & fight these injustices so @PG4ME victims and their communities can truly rebuild and be resilient. Please circulate and sign this petition. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about this effort. https://t.co/5FTYcMUzcC
1/7) PG&E victims from the 2015 to 2018 @PGE4ME wildfires are still waiting to be fully compensated for their losses now 6+ years after being told we would be “made whole.” PLEASE support justice for these victims, sign this petition and spread the word! https://t.co/0dgxDF10Aw
6/7) While utility investors (hedge funds) and our California Utilities benefit from the AB1054 enabled @CalQuake Wildfire Fund that victims got passed into law, many $PCG victims are struggling to pay medical bills, living in tents & trying to rebuild their homes and their lives
(6/6) Here is my statement filed Thursday with the US Bankruptcy Court. I hope the @FireVicTrust Trustee, TOC attorneys & others will now step up with REAL (not “virtual”) solutions to the financial mess they created & get wildfire survivors paid-in-full. https://t.co/qzs901CYNL
(5/6) There are solutions to fully compensate @PGE4Me victims that will (1) not undermine the efficacy of @CalQuake Wildfire Fund and (2) are not impactful to the CA State budget. Let’s get it done so wildfire survivors & their communities may recover 100% and be truly resilient.
(4/6) @PGE4ME Victims answered the call to support #AB1054. It was sold to us as a solution to support IOU investors, $PCG AND make PG&E Wildfire Survivors whole. Yep, we got the investors covered but what about PG&E victims? @CAFireFairness says there is a “simple fix.”
(2/6) Despite the misrepresentations and false pretenses, @CAFireFairness mission is righteous (to make victims 100% whole). Victims were sold #AB1054 as their ticket to 100% recovery and I hope that the coalition members will support real solutions…
(1/6) Not Again! @PGE4ME Wildfire Survivors are being deceived by certain core attorneys within the bankruptcy case. I filed this statement on Thursday (see 6/6 of thread) showing that this Fairness for Fire Victims “grassroots nonprofit” is really a for-profit “virtual” company.
