@MarioNawfal woman was shoved by ICE / slipping on ice, then the suspect was trying to help her when ICE pepper sprayed both of them. The suspect fell to the ground. One of the ice agents removed suspect weapon and misfired the weapon, causing other ICE agent to fire and kill the suspect. Sad
