One of my patients came to me weighing 400 lbs at 6’7” (he’s very tall).
I told him:
✅ Eat real whole food
✅ Cut out most carbs
✅ Eat enough animal protein to feel full
That’s it. No calorie counting. No fancy apps. No GLP1s.
11 weeks later:
• Down 46 lbs and 5 inches off waist
• Eating just 2 meals a day because his hunger and cravings disappeared
• Blood pressure normalized, off meds
• Ringing in his ears gone
• Energy all day
This is what happens when you fuel your body the way it was designed to be fueled.
