Congratulations to Christian Gonzalez, TCHS Class of 2020, on being selected 17th overall in the 2023 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots!

Christian Gonzalez nearly quit football in HS because coaches placed him on JV, saying he “wasn’t strong” in the weight room.

Gonzalez decided to stick with it and eventually accepted an offer to Colorado.

Two years later, he transferred to Oregon to put himself in the national spotlight.

Gonzalez established himself as one of the top CB’s in the nation.

Now, he is looking at potentially being the first Oregon CB taken in the 1st round in 27 YEARS.
