@G1org1osu In fairness, the lines of code arenโt excessive compared to other file manager projects (160k loc excluding tests) and a lot of the perceived duplictation is covering edge cases.
I've been working on similar problems for Strata (a file manager, mostly for Omarchy) and so far my answer to "slow" has just been to run things in parallel using GTK's a11y features. My last attempt at a test harness was with Jev, which limited its usefulness. A generic enough solution would solve some of my QA problems for that project as well so I'd be interested to try to help.
@poteto@bot Iโd like to request a feature where I can give a bot an instructions file and amnesia instead of persistent context (I understand why this was chosen from a product standpoint but having the option would be nice).
@JasonBud Two neat features from opencode that are very convenient: โserve to use it as a lightweight http api for integration, and the related feature in v2 to stand up a lightweight web gui with terminal access to the place itโs running.
@elonmusk Tab-complete workflow names and parameters like skills and other tools.
Default sandbox and agent profiles for projects.
Web-based control plane for headless grok build instances on https://t.co/GzmVjDn4Wv
@elonmusk Plugin marketplace format is Claude Code compatible, but git repo based repository formats suck and always end up transitioning to something like npm or crates over time.
@skcd42 Can we get a per-project and/or global sandbox config that is automatically loaded without needing the --sandbox flag or an environment variable? Its something that can be worked around with direnv, but having "profiles.default" or something similar would reduce friction.
@skcd42 run_terminal_command seems to be broken on NixOS, probably due to hardcoding the path to bash or sh. Sandboxing with bubblewrap to get standard bin paths in its environment or just using steam-run to wrap grok works around this.
