I can remember the day my man corrected me about something. I was making fried eggs for breakfast and just as I was about to add salt, the cap fell off and a generous amount landed in the raw eggs. My village people paid me a visit that morning 😂😂😂.
I quickly scooped out as much as I could and thankfully the eggs were not overly salty, but you could tell there was a little extra salt in them.
The funny thing is, he didn't mention it that day. It wasn't until another time when I made the another meal and got the taste right that he casually said, "You know, that egg you made the other day was slightly salty."
I thanked him for telling me, apologized, and explained what had happened with the salt container. He looked genuinely surprised and said, "Wait, are you serious? You didn't get upset?" 😂
I told him, "No. You told me the truth. Thank you for pointing it out. I'll be more careful next time and that was the end of it.
One thing people need to understand is that when two people come together in a relationship, they are coming from different backgrounds, different experiences, and different upbringings. The purpose of dating is not just romance. It is also a period of learning, studying, and understanding each other.
In that process, adjustments will have to be made. Both people must be teachable and willing to grow. Nobody is 100% perfect, and that applies to both the man and the woman. There will be habits to unlearn, perspectives to broaden, and areas that need improvement.
With good communication, understanding, and mutual respect, two people can build something beautiful together. But that can only happen when both are willing to be a little vulnerable and open to correction.
Pride has destroyed many good things that could have been fixed with a simple conversation. Growth becomes easier when correction is not seen as an attack, but as an opportunity to become better for each other.
@Bybit_Official Bybit no longer values good, legitimate merchants—many NGN P2P merchant accounts, including mine, are being restricted with assets locked despite no rule violations. Because of this, I’ve started moving my customers to @gate_io and @Bitget, and I’m open to any exchange ready to genuinely support serious NGN P2P merchants and their communities.
