I continue to believe that Southgate was the strategic genius needed to allow a tactical genius like Tuchel to prosper. He took the FA by the scruff of the neck and sorted England out. He was not the best coach in the world, but he had the vision, strategy and moral courage to turn England around.
I give it three months before we get the “well in hindsight was Starmer really that bad?” analysis from our world-class journalists who have spent the past two years desperate for more psychodrama
🚨 WATCH: Nigel Farage is repeatedly heckled by MPs as he calls on Keir Starmer to end "two-tier policing"
Starmer: "His response has been to appeal for rage. That’s his response to a father who lost his son & asked for this not to happen... it shows exactly who he is"

This is actually unbelievable. Here, Zia Yusuf (Reform's 'Shadow Home Secretary') is effectively *threatening* voters by saying they will place migrant detention centres in their constituencies if they don't vote in a Reform MP or a Reform Council.
This is absolutely disgusting.
This is ridiculous.
How on Earth can you blame Starmer.
Labour only got elected in July that year. He's been PM for about 3 months when the attack happened. The attacker arrived 3 months prior to the attack.
Everyone can grieve in their own way but this is stupid.
