There is this nonsense that some of you do and you guys have strength to do it whenever Christians are having functions or whenever they are doing anything within the context of Christianity. Pastor Oyedepo is building a church, a 100,000 capacity arc church, and some people started that "oh, this is the problem. Church! Ah! If he has used this money to build education, to build schools, to do this, to do that". The fact is Oyedepo is not your problem. He is not your Government official. And guess what, Oyedepo has built schools and has given more scholarships to poor individuals from primary, secondary even up to university than many Government officials have done. But you will never find these same people holding Government officials accountable. "Oh! Oyedepo, Redeem, look at the number of people that are there. If we gather these number of people, by now Nigeria would have changed. Who stopped you from doing your own protest? Every year, we see numbers of people holding shows. Davido, Wizkid, whichever one, and you will see thousands of people gathering to attend those shows, whether it is in Lagos or in Enugu or wherever it is. I have never seen people come out to say "Oh, these people, instead of them going out to go and protest, they are coming out to hold shows. Why is it that it is only when Christians gather to pray or to attend a program or to do anything that relates to promotion of Christianity that you guys heads stand in opinion on how things should rather be done? Halleluyah challenge, over a million people is watching the program, instantly, some foolish people already now believe that "oh, the one million people are Nigerians" forgetting that you have people all over the world that are also attending that program, and even if it is one million Nigerians that are attending, how is it your business? If they pray for something personal, you say "Oh, 70% of these things don't need prayers if they come out to protest." Is it only Christians that need to come out to protest? Don't we have pagans? Don't we have Muslims? Don't we have other people all in this same Nigeria? Abi is it only Christians that are in Nigeria? That everytime Christians hold program, you people suddenly remember that Nigeria is bad. Nigeria is not bad to you people when Wizkid is doing a show, Nigeria is not bad to you people when Davido is doing a show, it is only when Christian programs are being held that you people do remember that Nigeria is bad. Pastor Jerry Eze who does NSPPD, help a program in London, we saw the crowd of people that came for the program in the UK. The stadium was completely filled. Those people in the UK don't have good governance there? You people should stop this nonsense of always trying to gaslight Christians any time Christians are holding any Christian program with talk of "Oh, good governance". The day Nigerians are ready, they will hold Government accountable. We will all do it as one. But for now, let Christians have their private time to worship their God. We know it's not affecting you. When you go for your own show. That is how they will come they will say "Oh, this person is spending money, but you go to club, you spend more than N15Million, N20Million, sometimes, some even spend more on buying bottles of drinks that will not even have any useful impact in them, but you don't complain about that, nobody tells you that you are wasting money that you can use to establish a company. It is every time that it relates to Christians, that is when everyone realizes that they are supposed to set up companies. We really need to be careful and stop all this gaslighting of Christians.
