This is incredible. Kevin Stitt promised that if elected, Oklahoma would be a top ten state. Now he clarifies that "we'll never be a top ten state. That was an aspirational goal." I've never seen a politician read the fine print on a promise on live TV before.

Having recreational on the ballot and the demographic it drives to the polls makes it better for Joy, Kendra, et al. It’s all self preservation
