In light of this, I am considering the possibility of invoking the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to challenge the constitutionality of section 98 of Act 29, particularly its gender-specific definition of rape.
Men can be victims of rape too.🤦🏾♂️
@GhanaTalksRadio This is why I hate weak males with passion, they will always destroy other men just to please women. I hate weak males passionately and I wish them the worst of worst in life. Always destroy them when you have an opportunity because they are dangerous.
Why do you people keep pushing this propaganda?! What exactly are you trying to prove when the river goes right back to its contaminated colour afterwards???
Residents have repeatedly explained that where the Ankobra meets the sea, the mixing of seawater and river water can temporarily change the colour of the river. So why is this particular spot continuously being presented as evidence that the fight against illegal mining is working?
If there was really a serious and effective fight against galamsey, we would be seeing measurable improvements across the other waterbodies affected by illegal mining, not just a temporary colour change at one particular section of the Ankobra. In the 2024 protests against illegal mining I saw pro government accounts push this same type of propaganda. You are not gaslighting any of us here #StopGalamseyNow
@josiahayogu1@Emarged It’s all men in charge of the system at the end of the day. From parliamentarian to president to judge to all the business men funding the politicians to everyone at the top. All men. Basically men failing men. A vicious cycle of weakness.
Under the previous DCE’s tenure this was the state of the forest in the Amansie central. You heavily criticized (rightfully so) the fight against illegal mining in the previous administration yet coming into government under your tenure as lands minister you have allowed a DCE to remain in office despite an exposé with evidence of a system through which illegal mining activities in the Amansie central were allegedly being facilitated and taxed.
The JoyNews “A Tax for Galamsey” investigation reported that miners were being charged fees to operate changfangs and that the DCE acknowledged authorising the printing of stickers connected to the payments. Your Ministry subsequently announced that an investigation had been initiated into the allegations. Up till now NOTHING #StopGalamseyNow
