The Nursing Department truly shines! As we mark the accreditation of our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program, Provost Jill Arensdorf, Dean Jeff Briggs, and I took a moment to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the faculty and staff behind this remarkable achievement.
As the fall semester gets started in the coming weeks understand that it’s easy for teachers to fail someone who doesn’t care.
It’s difficult for teachers not to give an A or B to students who:
1) Show up on time
2) Are engaged
3) Put forth effort
4) Are kind and respectful
5) Communicate
6) Ask for help
7) Complete all assignments
Don’t be the student who asks their teacher the week before grades are due, “What can I do to improve my grade?”
Be the student who takes control early and stays locked in for the entire semester.
