The chances are your greatest Wealth Flow Opportunity will be found in the thing you love to do the most, and also find the easiest. In fact, you may find it so easy you can't believe anyone would pay you for it.
The main benefit of experiencing financial freedom is so you can finally scratch the itch of what retirement feels like
You grow up conditioned to believe that this is the end game but quickly become disillusioned once you realize that no longer having something to work towards is actually hell on Earth
You then realize that your life dissatisfaction wasn't due to not having the privilege to do nothing but rather due to the fact that you were afraid to commit to a purpose greater than and true to yourself
This prompts you to structure your life around building something again but now with the newfound courage to be hyper intentional about what you spend your time pursuing
Then it become clear in hindsight that you could've just lived like this from the start all along and saved yourself years of unnecessary worry
Internalizing all of this momentarily takes away some of your stress around your feelings of lack and allows you to be more at peace with the number in your bank account as the clock continues to tick
But you simultaneously acknowledge in the back of your mind that you still owe it to strive towards increasing your wealth anyway just to be able to prove it to yourself
That the lesson isn't to slow down but to keep going only this time with the calm and collected perspective that you're already a winner who simply gets the opportunity to continue winning as opposed to a loser who needs to buy their way there
The best part of being authentic is that there is no image to maintain;
You will delight some and disturb others, and none of it will concern the truth of your beingâŚ
Understand:
Real people will not form connections because of an image you uphold;
But the truth you embodyâŚ
All physical pursuit is a tributary for mental health:
Lifting weights -> increased test + HGH -> hard work feels pleasurable
Zone 2 cardio -> cardiovascular endurance -> improved dopamine levels
Fasting -> lower insulin + increased norepinephrine -> enhanced focus (presence)
Sauna -> Increased growth hormone and release of HSPâs -> reduced anxiety and depression
Sports -> enhance Vo2 Max, athleticism, and longevity -> boost confidence and self esteem
Cold tub -> constriction of blood vessels -> 2.5x dopamine release (no crash) -> increased pleasure and satisfaction in your day to day
Sex -> release of oxytocin, endorphins, and prolactin -> reduce cortisol (stress) and improves mood
The solution for everything is always to just have a good day. Tough few weeks and suddenly you're wallowing over how little time you have left to make it. Notch up your screen time in an attempt to lock in harder but all you're doing is injecting more scarcity in your brain
Catch up with a friend, grab dinner, do something you see as pure leisure. Come home and recognize that nothing bad happened after you unplugged. Wake up the next morning and guarantee you feel completely different about where you are in the arbitrary race
Realize it doesn't matter if you're not as wealthy as you want right now. Regardless of the number you can still choose to enjoy things without needing an arbitrary marker of success to justify it
Acknowledge this and you basically have nothing to lose because your ability to embody a more carefree nature without permission isn't determined by something external and can never be taken away from you
Life becomes a game you play simply because it's fun. Proverbially die and respawn as many times as you wish. Who cares when the internal well of laughs and inspiration can always be tapped into at your disposal. You become insanely powerful when what happens out there can no longer control your emotions as much as your own perspective
You eliminate the seriousness around every decision and this is what ultimately allows you to not only perform at your best but also attract copious amounts of luck into your world that would ultimately get you to where you expected to be without even being conscious of your progress until way after you surpass it
Resolutions for an emotionally healthy 2025:
1. I work on my emotional reactivity. Iâll pause before I habitually react. Iâll notice how confident this makes me.
2. I wonât over-explain. If Iâm misunderstood, thatâs ok. Being misunderstood is natural part of lifeâ not a personal rejection.
3. I will stop asking for input from everyone before making decisions. Iâll get in touch with the quiet inner voice within that will never guide me wrong.
4. I will never match anyone elseâs energy. Iâll practice behaving in ways that Iâm proud of even when others are lower versions of themselves.
5. I will stop gaslighting myself. I donât need to focus on the positive or tell myself other people have it worse. Iâll acknowledge itâs painful and that my feelings are validâ emotions fade when we stop trying to change them.
6. I will stop making choices for my parentâs approval. My life is for me and this will free me from resenting them.
7. When someone is rude to me, I will realize theyâre fighting an inner battle. I donât fight battles that arenât my own.
8. I will stop trying to fix other people while I neglect myself in the process. Non-intervention is a form of love.
9. Iâll find time for creativity, play, and just existing. Iâll get more time in nature and in the sun. Then, Iâll notice how my mind gets more quiet.
10. I will express gratitude for the people in my life that make me feel seen and safe, on a regular basis. Iâll pour emotional energy into these people just as theyâve done for me.

When I was 25 a 64 year old millionaire took me under his wing and mentored me in online sales
One morning he woke up with back pain and 6 months later he slowly passed away in front of me
These are two things he said that I will never forget
The fastest path to self-development is gamification.
Fixating on "I'm not good enough and need to get better" is unproductive. Too much nervous energy.
Chill out. Lower the stakes. Life is a game and you're a create-a-character.
Go on side quests, gain XP, unlock skill trees. Find areas where you're lacking and incrementally improve on the with weekly "challenges":
- Help as many old people as possible
- Staring contests with strangers
- Befriend every service worker
- 5 cold approaches
You're willing to grind for XP in video games, why not in real life? In video games, you know what the end mission is. The resolution isn't as clear in real life.
So get clear what's on the other side of personal development. Enjoy the process, embrace the grind, gamify everything
"You draw out of the world what you put into it.
Want to attract reliable people? Be reliable.
Want to attract trustworthy people? Be trustworthy.
Want to attract welcoming people? Be welcoming.
Want to attract exceptional people? Be exceptional."

Your confidence canât be attached to anything that can be taken from you. When youâre stripped down to nothing you still need to know that youâre a capable man. Your work ethic, will to win and the strength of your spirit dictate who you really are.
When I sit down with a couple struggling in their marriage, it usually goes something like this:
Me: "So, what's the issue?"
Her: "He doesnât take the lead."
She starts blaming him, throwing the ball in his court.
Him: hits the ball back. "I donât take the lead because youâre not supportive."
They go back and forth, blaming each other, until I stop the game.
I say, âAlright, let me ask, was there ever a time you two really liked each other?â
She says, âYeah, when we were dating.â
I ask, âWhy?â
She says, âHe would come over, listen to me, hold my hand for hours. It was so special.â
So I ask him, âIs that true?â
He nods, âYeah, she would do things for me, and Iâd do things for her. We just cared about each other and wanted to give. Thatâs why we got married.â
Then I ask, âDo you still do those things now?â
They both say a clear âNo.â
I ask, âDo you even try to just listen to each other?â
They answer, âWell, it just ends in fights.â
So I tell them: The warm feelings you had back then came from doing the acts of love.
Love is a verb. Itâs an action word.
When you do the acts of love, thatâs when you feel love.
You both stopped doing the acts of love, and so both stopped feeling loved.
Want to feel that love again?
Start doing those things again:
â˘Listen to each other.
â˘Communicate.
â˘Show affection (sex:) hint hint)
When you start giving love, only then can you start receiving love back.

The things we do to impress others rarely impress them for longer than five minutes. But the things we do to provide value for others can last a lifetime. In the long run, one of the most impressive things you can do is provide exceptional value."
@JamesClear
"Focus on what provides value to others, not what impresses others.
Other people spend about as much time thinking about your lifestyle and accomplishments as you spend thinking about their lifestyle and accomplishments. Which is to say, not much time at all.
Stop forcing what should flow â because sometimes you trying so hard is whatâs blocking your blessings where the best thing for you to do is relax and let go.
