It doesn't tell us how staff interacted with her and vice versa , interpersonal interactions aren't always noted, because it's "irrelevant" to the "clinical picture".

I had PPD for two years after my son was born and for only I had a good support system, I made a full recovery. That's in Europe. The USAs mental health care is abysmal and needs an overhaul. It's NOT working.
