Terrible call with the @HM_Passport Apparently it takes 10weeks from when they process your application to get to you, not from when you apply… more like 13 weeks. Anyone else been told this? All I need is a passport for my 3 month old #passportdelays @MailOnline

@LynneXLS @MailOnline I’ve just come off the phone to @HM_Passport and they informed me that the 10 week waiting period starts when they process the paperwork, not when you make the application, so it’s more like 13 weeks not 10 #passportdelays
