What's not to love about an #oceanfront home? Moisture for one thing. Here we are waterproofing concrete using @Sika_USA's awesome #waterproofing solution on the sub floor. We then use the glue and screw technique to eliminate creaking, squeaking and muffle footfall sound. #FVBI
